Some time later, God tested Abraham’s faith. “Abraham!” God called. “Yes,” he replied. “Here I am.” “Take your son, your only son—yes, Isaac, whom you love so much—and go to the land of Moriah. Go and sacrifice him as a burnt offering on one of the mountains, which I will show you.” The next morning Abraham got up early. He saddled his donkey and took two of his servants with him, along with his son, Isaac. Then he chopped wood for a fire for a burnt offering and set out for the place God had told him about. Genesis 22:1‭-‬3 NLT

There is no basis delaying your obedience to God’s command or instruction to you. As a growing disciple, God’s expectation from you each time He reveals Himself to you is to act promptly without conferring with the flesh and blood.

What might look strange or difficult is a test of your faithfulness, loyalty, love, commitment and allegiance to God. Until God sees in you that He is your only priority, the only object of your love and worship He will not likely commit Himself to you and establish His covenant fully in your life.

God is not only satisfied with our mere profession of Him as LORD, He is much pleased with those who also dare to practice what they confess of Him. You are not only to love in words but also indeed for faith that is not backed up with action is a dead faith. May the LORD God finds you to be faithful, willing, ready and obedient to do His bidding on the day of your divine visitation that will qualify you for the fulfilment of His purpose for apprehending you in life. Good morning and do have a  blessed day.

Your brother,
