There was a famine in the land, besides the first famine that was in the days of Abraham. And Isaac went to Abimelech king of the Philistines, in Gerar. Then the Lord appeared to him and said: “Do not go down to Egypt; live in the land of which I shall tell you. Dwell in this land, and I will be with you and bless you; for to you and your descendants I give all these lands, and I will perform the oath which I swore to Abraham your father. Genesis 26:1‭-‬3 NKJV

God uses different events or circumstances in our lives to arrange for an encounter with Him. Never despise or run away from any situation that comes along your way. Rather, seek to know God’s perspective of your present condition in life before you reach the conclusion whether it is the Devil that is at work or God working in you both to will and to do according to His good pleasure.

To everyone that loves God and to those that are called according to His divine purpose, usually, God  uses *all things* (pleasant or unpleasant, good or bad) to work for our good and not to harm us (Romans 8:27). If you learn to hear from God in whatever circumstances, you will surely hear from Him speaking to hasten and control you as He helps you to navigate through your seeming terrible experience victoriously. May the LORD God grant you a better understanding of the dynamics of His dealings with you and give you the patience to endure whatever situation He allows in your life till He accomplishes His divine plan for your life at last. Have a glorious worship experience today.
