TOUGH TIMES NEVER LAST
“So David inquired of the Lord , saying, “Shall I pursue this troop? Shall I overtake them?” And He answered him, “Pursue, for you shall surely overtake them and without fail recover all. ”I Samuel 30:8 NKJV
Life on this part of eternity is full of challenges and prospects. There are times all our aspirations and hopes in life will come as expected or even much more. At such times, our joy is full and we feel secured on every side. There are other times also that we experience the exact opposite of what we trusted God for. Does that mean our faith has failed or God has forgotten and forsaken us? Not necessarily so. Severe trials and worst time are part of the learning process for the overcomers.
However, the love and the presence of God remain constant with His faithful children notwithstanding our experiences. So, when times go tough, it is not wise for you to concede defeat. Rather, take encouragement in God who is always with you in every situation and seek to know His perspective before you take the next action.
Seeking to know God’s will and following His commands in every area of your life bring divine direction, inner peace, monumental victory, total recovery and deep satisfaction in life. On the other hand, any step outside God’s leads to frustration, confusion, failure and inner crisis which invariably results in external molestation and monumental defeat in life.
As you set out this new day, know that you are not spared alive to be defeated. Therefore, rise up in hope and in the arms of faith, ask the Lord for His guidance and direction. Wherever the Lord leads you and whatever He commands you to do, be courageous to take the bold step to pursue what you know is His will. As you set out in obedience to His instruction, you will not only overtake the enemy, you shall return home triumphantly and with full recovery of all that the enemy has stolen from your life in Jesus name. Good morning and do have a joyful weekend.
