By faith, Moses, when grown, refused the privileges of the Egyptian royal house. He chose a hard life with God’s people rather than an opportunistic soft life of sin with the oppressors. He valued suffering in the Messiah’s camp far greater than Egyptian wealth because he was looking ahead, anticipating the payoff. By an act of faith, he turned his heel on Egypt, indifferent to the king’s blind rage. He had his eye on the One no eye can see, and kept right on going. Hebrews 11:24-27 MSG

Life is rather too short than for you to spend the whole of your productive years pursuing self ambitions, worldly riches, achievements, success and glory at the expense of God’s eternal purpose for your life. Your fulfilment and joy in life is linked with your discovery, faithful pursuit and accomplishment of God’s will for your creation and recreation in Christ Jesus.

Why not take a bold step today to forsake all the desires of self life and worldly pursuits and cling only to Jesus and His plans for your life. The present world and everything therein are already in their voyage to their final destination – everlasting destruction. Only those who do the will of God will live forever.

Make every effort today to discover God’s ultimate purpose for keeping you alive in this world and earnestly pursue it in order that you might fulfill it. It would be a monumental disaster if you are found unprofitable at last. May the Lord help you to maximize the various opportunities life offers you now to fulfill His eternal purpose for your being in this world. Good morning

Your brother,
