Your redemption from sin and Satan’s captivity was at a cost. God had to lay down the life of His one and only Son, Jesus Christ in exchange for your own life. Jesus suffered and was afflicted that you may be free, He was striped naked that you may be clothed with God’s righteousness, He was rejected that you may be accepted and adopted into the family of God and He died that you may live and live forever. All these were done so that you may become God’s treasured possession, for renown, for praise and for glory.

This same Jesus who came to redeem you at first is coming back again to take you into His eternal Kingdom prepared for you and other saints. How prepared and ready are you to meet Jesus if He
stepped out of heaven right now to take you home? What fruit of your life do you have to present to Him? Get ready therefore, for the Lord Jesus is coming at an hour you do not expect. May you not be caught unprepared when He comes. Good morning.
