And when He had called His twelve disciples to Him, He gave them power over unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal all kinds of sickness and all kinds of disease. These twelve Jesus sent out and commanded them, saying:..” Matthew 10:1‭, ‬5 NKJV

As it were, no one can qualify for divine usefulness without being called in the first instance. Only those that God has called He also commissions to go on His mission into the world and only those He sends out He equips and empowers to fulfill the divine mandate.

Obviously, considering the nature, the scope and the terrain to carry out our divine mission, it will be suicidal for anyone to embark on God’s mission without being called and empowered by Him. At best, such person will turnout to become a victim rather than being a victor, conquered instead of a conqueror, end up falling where one should stand, become a failure where you are to succeed, frustrated where you are to experience fulfilment and molested where you are to excel and prosper.

Also, you must know that divine empowerment is for the fulfilment of your divine mission on earth and not for personal agradisement. Don’t trivialize any assignment you are given by the Lord, every task you are assigned by God is a call to spiritual warfare. Therefore, you must be divinely positioned and equipped for you to overcome.

God’s work is God’s work and it must be done in God’s way and by God’s means. May the Lord God equip and fill you with strength, power, might and wisdom from above to fulfil your divine mission in life in Jesus name. Good morning and do have a glorious Sunday Service.
