Abraham didn’t focus on his own impotence and said, “It’s hopeless. This hundred-year-old body could never father a child.” Nor did he survey Sarah’s decades of infertility and give up. He didn’t tiptoe around God’s promise asking cautiously skeptical questions. He plunged into the promise and came up strong, ready for God, sure that God would make good on what he had said. That’s why it is said, “Abraham was declared fit before God by trusting God to set him right.” Romans 4:19‭-‬22 MSG

God’s dealings and promises to you transcend your present situations and feelings. As far as God is concerned, there’s nothing you know about yourself or you have been told that can constitute an obstacle for Him to accomplish His plans for your life.

However, to attain the height God is taking you in His eternal counsel and to receive in fullness all that He has promised you both here on earth and hereafter in heaven; you must look away from the prevalent circumstances within or around you no matter how real they are and focus only on God and His promises.

While it is true that the true life of faith does not deny the existential realities of life, it also does not focus on them to cause him to doubt the faithfulness of God or stagger at His promises through unbelief. Rather, a faith-filled life holds tightly and strongly to the promise of God, fully persuaded that God will unfailingly perform every promise He has made.

Don’t give up yet for your case is not hopeless. God is still capable of fulfilling all His promises for your life. Be strong and courageous, Jesus Christ will never let you down. He will come just at the set time to help you. Cheer up friend, and move on by faith for it is not yet over until it is all over. You will overcome in Jesus’ name. Good morning.
