Why do you go about so much, changing your ways? You will be disappointed by Egypt as you were by Assyria. You will also leave that place with your hands on your head, for the Lord has rejected those you trust; you will not be helped by them. Jeremiah 2:36-37

There is no alternative way, no shortcut to finding lasting peace, greater fulfillment in life and eternal rest apart from Jesus Christ. In Him is life, by Him you were created and your life consist only in Him.

Frankly, God’s way may appear very long and lonely but it is very certain, secure and leads to rich fulfilment eventually. It’s very dangerous to follow any other way apart from Jesus.

Putting your trust in any other person other than God will also leave you utterly disappointed and defeated at last. So, let no situation no matter how frightening it may appear now makes you to shift your focus from Jesus Christ. Keep your hope alive in Him for He will surely come at the appointed time to vindicate you and reward you awesomely. May the Lord give you the grace to stay your mind permanently on Jesus till He comes to in Jesus name. Good morning.
