Then the Lord said, “Hear what the unjust judge said.  And shall God not avenge His own elect who cry out day and night to Him, though He bears long with them?  I tell you that He will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless, when the Son of Man comes, will He really find faith on the earth?”

Basically, God’s ways are not our ways and most times His ways are usually not acceptable even to us His children. But be that as it may, our God remains unchanging, consistent and the same forever because He is the Eternal One.

Many times due to our lack of understanding of God’s ways and timing, we tend to be impatient and in haste to have God do whatever request we made of Him. But the truth is this, God will never act before His time and once the set time comes, He answers speedily.

As a child of God, it is imperative for you to learn the dynamics of walking with God. This includes persistence, patience and perseverance. The seeming silence of God does not translate to NO answer from Him. Likewise, His seeming delay to respond to your request does not necessarily means He has disregarded or have no interest in you. It will be inconsistent to His nature to refuse to hear you.

Truly speaking, He may bear long why you continue to cry to Him day and night over the same matter. But know this, once it is your appointed time, He will speedily act on your behalf to vindicate you and change your story in a moment. So, I pray the Lord will help you to grow deeper in your knowledge of Him and may He also grant you the grace to persistently wait on Him till your answer comes in Jesus name.
