Faith in God is the basis for our relationship with God as Christians. Simply put, faith is the divine capacity to believe and trust that God is who His Word says He is and He can do all that His Word says He can do regardless of the prevalent circumstances.

In short, the love of God for you and His ability to do all things is not defined by your circumstances but by what His Word reveals.
While God uses various trials to test, reveal and proof the genuineness of your faith like goldsmith uses fire to refine his gold in order that it may be found to the admiration, honour and glory at the end. On the contrary,, the enemy will contrive to rob you of your righteousness, integrity, faithfulness and relationship with God through temptations to seek escape route out of the “fire”.

The outcome of the test is determined by your determination to still hold on to God, trusting Him to help you negotiate the inescapable treacherous slopes in the journey of life. The victory that overcomes the world is your faith in God through Jesus Christ, don’t lose it! May the LORD God help you this day to remain steadfast till the end in Jesus name.
