After the birth of Joseph, Jacob said to Laban, “Let me go, so that I can return home. Give me my wives and children that I have earned by working for you, and I will leave. You know how well I have served you.” Laban said to him, “Let me say this: I have learnt by divination that the LORD has blessed me because of you. Name your wages, and I will pay them.” Genesis 30:25-28 GNB

There is nothing that is so disgusting to God than when His children uses the grace and the anointing He graciously bestowed upon us for the accomplishment of His divine mandate for our lives to serve men and the world system for the fleeting reward they promised us.

This kind error becomes inevitable when a child of God is ignorant of who God is, His purposes and His ways. This spiritual blindness makes you think you can help God and use Him to for your personal wellbeing.

On the contrary, all that God desires of you is to surrender your life, ambitions, plans and dreams to Him; learn to trust Him and allow Him to use you as you daily live by faith in Him. Then, He works within you to accomplish His purposes both in you and through you. When you do all that, you will come to know Him as the faithful God, the rewarder of those who diligently seek Him and the mighty God who is able to do exceedingly abundantly beyond your widest imagination or prayer. May the LORD God help your understanding and grant you grace to allow Him accomplish His determinate counsel in you without stress to you and at no cost for you. Good morning.
