The Lord is my light and my salvation; Whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life; Of whom shall I be afraid? When the wicked came against me To eat up my flesh, My enemies and foes, They stumbled and fell. Though an army may encamp against me, My heart shall not fear; Though war may rise against me, In this I will be confident.
Psalms 27:1-3 NKJV

It is not unusual that in your pilgrimage as Christian in this world you arrived at a point where darkness seems to have pervaded your life, or you are surrounded with danger, or that you have become weak, feeble and exhausted, or you are besieged by the host of wicked ones whose desire is to waste your life.

At such a time as enumerated above, the natural response is to be fearful, frightened and fainthearted because there may appear to be no hope and no help in view.

For you as a Christian, there is no cause for any apprehension, the Lord Jesus who is the Light and the Saviour is with you to strengthen you and to save you.

You only need to be conscious that He is with you, be confident that He will rescue you, lead you out of the trouble and defeat all those who rise up against you. If only you will seek Him wholeheartedly, trust Him absolutely and earnestly call upon Him today, He will surely deliver you from all your troubles and lift up your head above your enemies with songs of praises in your mouth. Fear not, it’s your season of victory. Good morning.
