And the children of Israel said to them, “Oh, that we had died by the hand of the Lord in the land of Egypt, when we sat by the pots of meat and when we ate bread to the full! For you have brought us out into this wilderness to kill this whole assembly with hunger.” Then the Lord said to Moses, “Behold, I will rain bread from heaven for you. And the people shall go out and gather a certain quota every day, that I may test them, whether they will walk in My law or not. Exodus 16:3‭-‬4 NKJV

There is no better time in the human life to experience God’s power other than in out adverse situations. The strength of our God is only made perfect in our weaknesses. His fullness is better experience only when we are empty. His riches and abundance are released in our times of lack or need.

So, contrary to your thinking that God uses your moment of trials and lack to punish you, it is untrue. He is only training you never to depend on yourself or any earthly source for your survival in this world but in Him alone that His riches are unsearchaeble and His ways are past finding.

If your trust and hope is built on anything earthly, know for sure that for whatever reason that source can run dry one day. But if you have learnt to repose your confidence and hope only in Jesus Christ, you can be well assured that you will never be stranded at any point in your time of pilgrimage on earth.

The God whom you serve and to whom you belong is not only able to supply ALL your needs according to His riches in glory alone, He is also able make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, you will have EVERYTHING you need and do more good works here on earth to the glory of His holy name and forever in Jesus name. Good morning and do have a refreshing weekend.
