Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, …and rejoice in hope of the glory of God. And not only that, but we also glory in tribulations, knowing that tribulation produces perseverance; and perseverance, character; and character, hope. Now hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out into our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us. Romans 5:1-5

Through faith, we have been saved from sin and the wrath of God. Thus, we have been reconciled and restored into a peaceful union with Him.

This gives us unshakable confidence and courage to stand in the face of overwhelming trials and tribulations. For we know that through the love of God our Saviour, all will be well no matter how dark or gloomy the situation.

The joy of the Lord will always break forth because it is propelled by the supernatural ability of God to transform a seemingly hopeless life into a hope-filled life.

Therefore, the faithful can rejoice in tribulations knowing that because Jesus lives, there is hope and a bright future still lies ahead.

God could not abandon Jesus on the cross and He did not allow Him to see decay and experience corruption in the grave, instead, He was raised from the dead by the exceedingly great power of God.

The same God because of His love will not forsake you nor forget you. He will visit you soon and turn your trials to triumph, your present sorrow to exceedingly great joy, He will yet lift you out of the heap of ashes and make you sit among princes of people.

Cheer up, for there is still hope for you and a glorious future ahead of you. May the Lord God, help you this day to look up to Him with steadfast hope and wait on Him till He vindicates you at last in Jesus’ name. Good morning. Do have a fulfilling and restful weekend.
