The whole Israelite community set out from the Desert of Sin, traveling from place to place as the Lord commanded. They camped at Rephidim, but there was no water for the people to drink. So they quarreled with Moses and said, “Give us water to drink.” Moses replied, “Why do you quarrel with me? Why do you put the Lord to the test?” But the people were thirsty for water there, and they grumbled against Moses. They said, “Why did you bring us up out of Egypt to make us and our children and livestock die of thirst?” Exodus 17:1‭-‬3 NIV

Every life difficulty you face along your pilgrimage is never intended by the LORD your God who is leading your journey for your shame, ridicule, and destruction. Rather, it is a fresh opportunity to know Jesus more and experience Him in a way you have known Him before.

So, when the unexpected comes along your way, blame game, quarreling, grumbling, and contention are not the right ways the Lord expects you to respond. All He wants you to do in the face of any trial is to simply turn to Him in the place of prayer and seek His face for His intervention for He knows the way you take and He is right in the midst of the challenges to demonstrate His exceedingly great power over your situations.

As you do just this, you will come to know Him at the end that He is the Master over every storm of life and that He alone has the power to transform your seemingly hopeless situation into outstanding testimony. So, don’t give up, stop blaming anyone but believe that with Jesus, you are not going to die nor perish in the wilderness. The Promised Land is the ultimate, and the LORD God will safely lead and guide you to your glorious destination. Good morning and do have a peaceful day.

Your brother,
