Uzziah was sixteen years old when he became king, and he reigned fifty-two years in Jerusalem. And he did what was right in the sight of the Lord , according to all that his father Amaziah had done. He sought God in the days of Zechariah, who had understanding in the visions of God; and as long as he sought the Lord , God made him prosper.
II Chronicles 26:3-5

Contrary to the popular misconception and deception in our day that those who choose to live a godly and righteous life will be poor, suffer and die in abject poverty. It remains an eternal truth and principle which can never change in any age or generation that prosperity is God’s gift to His children. True and enduring prosperity comes from God and flows to His own who seeks His face wholeheartedly.

God by nature is not committed to bless the indolent and reward the unfaithful with His blessings. His power and grace to prosper in life and remain prosperous is given to everyone who dares to know Him intimately and walk uprightly before Him. He does not suffer anyone to seek His face in vain.

If you also will pursue God to know Him personally and intimately and you will give yourself to serve Him with a perfect heart and a willing mind. If you will eschew wickedness, corruption but uphold integrity with righteousness, God will blessed you abundantly and make you exceedingly prosperous wherever you go and in whatever you do.
